Riding a Bike at the House

I have been talking to my parents a lot about staying in shape. It is so good for them to do things about their weight so they can stay healthy and happy. I was talking to my dad on the phone the other day, and he said that him and mom were working out every day. My mom has lost over 50 pounds now, all because she has been getting on the bike every day. I asked dad what kind of equipment that it was, and he said it was Cybex Exercise Equipment. I am so proud of my mom for working so hard.

That means it is light weight as well as portable and won't get in the way,especially if you are in a small apartment or if you've put it into your small extra room that seems to accumulate everything, mostly on the floor or on your exercise equipment. I live in a pretty small apartment so the ProFormSport SpaceSaver Elliptical Exercise Machine is perfect for me. I love the fold up feature. I can just fold it up out of the way when not using it and use the pace for other things. I never thought I would be able to find an elliptical exercise machine that would continently fit into the space I had available so this is working out great. The fact that it is pretty quite when I use it is also good for the fact that I live in an apartment because my neighbors won't have to complain about the noise of my workout.
