I was coming out of the grocery store when I noticed some fliers on the community bulletin board just past the checkout. There was a notice about a guy who was opening up a small store front in town. He was offering Personalzed Physical Training for those who were looking to get in shape. The grand opening was next week and he was looking to have people sign up before that to get an idea of scheduling. I looked at the flier and then looked at my spare tire and decided that this might be something for me. I took home one of the tabs at the bottom and give him a call.

Can anyone please let me know what the difference is between hoodia gordonii pills and liquid. Myself and my wife are a little over weight and have heard that hoodia is one of the better supplements that you can take the assist you in a diet. From my research it is supposed to stop you from wanting to eat between meals by blocking your appetite. I don’t like taking pills and would like to try the liquid version but I’m not sure if it will be as effective. Any feedback will be gratefully received.
