Symptoms of Bone Cancer

Posted by admin

Pain and localized tenderness in your bones and joints are one of the first signs of bone cancer and related tumors of the bone. You may also have unexplained fractures in your bones (where the cancer is) as well as swelling in the joints. You may find yourself extremely fatigued and possibly anemic and you may have unintended and dramatic weight loss. If any or all of these symptoms occur, you should consult your physician for further testing. No one is quite sure what the root cause of cancer of the bone is. Primary cancer (one that originates and is not contracted from another metastasizing cancer elsewhere in your body) is less common than metastasizing cancer.
