Risks of a Vasectomy Reversal

Though a vasectomy reversal is a common procedure, and thousands of people undergo the same operation every year, there are some risks associated with the surgery. The greatest risk is that the operation is not a success. In a certain number of cases, estimated to be around 45% the operation does not work. The tube does not fit together properly once sewn back together, and the man is incapable of fathering children. Other men face problems with infections and severe bleeding during the operation.
